Introducing the Windsor Blue Line Award!
We are excited to announce the first recipient of the Windsor Blue Line Award: Officer Zachary Lucas of the OKCPD Hefner Division! 💙 The award was presented by the Windsor District and Windsor VP Harry Black. This new quarterly initiative will celebrate OKCPD officers who go above and beyond the call of duty.
Officer Lucas earned this honor for his outstanding performance as part of a team responding to a highly volatile situation involving a suicidal subject at a local hotel. His actions were instrumental in de-escalating the crisis and ensuring a safe and positive outcome for all involved.
Join us in giving a huge congratulations to Officer Lucas and thanking him for his dedication and service!
