About the Windsor District

Since the development of the Windsor Hills Shopping Center in 1959, the Windsor Area has been known as one of OKC's best destinations for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

For over half a century, many changes have taken place at the shopping center and in the corridor. The Windsor District has experienced many seasons and continues to grow and serve the businesses and residents of the area.

Thanks to past leaders the NW 23rd Street West Corridor was the recipient of a $13.2million revitalization streetscape project and will receive many benefits for the upcoming Maps 4 improvements.

The Windsor District is comprised of a community board and is always looking for volunteers at all levels of opportunity.
