About the Windsor District
Since the development of the Windsor Hills Shopping Center in 1959, the Windsor Area has been known as one of OKC's best destinations for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
For over half a century, many changes have taken place at the shopping center and in the corridor. Today, great things are underway.
Windsor Blue Line Award
The Windsor District is proud to honor Sgt. Chad Pickle of the OKCPD Hefner Division as our latest recipient of the Windsor Blue Line Award!
Presented by Windsor District Vice President Harry Black, this quarterly initiative celebrates officers who consistently go above and beyond the call of duty. Sgt. Pickle embodies the "Hefner Standard" through his exceptional leadership, proactive mentorship, and ability to foster strong collaboration between divisions. Serving as a versatile leader within the Crime Unit, he consistently demonstrates sharp judgment, adaptability, and a strong grasp of the division's overarching mission.
His thank-you package includes Dinner for Two at Castle Falls Restaurant & Venue, Professional Transportation by King's Worldwide Transportation, VIP Experience for Two at Windsor Icon Cinema, McDonald’s Gift Card and a Raising Cane’s Gift Basket.
