Landmark Recovery to convert former Fidelis property

Landmark Recovery, an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment provider, has received rezoning approval from the City to convert the former Fidelis Assisted Living Center at 4825 NW 23rd Street which is currently vacant (SPUD-1020). Oklahoma City will be Landmark's second treatment facility, preceded by Landmark Recovery of Louisville, Kentucky which has been in operation for one year. Headquartered in Arizona, Landmark also operates senior living communities and currently has plans for its third drug and alcohol treatment center.

Background: Business owners/operators, property owners and residents within a quarter mile of the property received notice of this request, and when concerns for what this development would be, and how it might impact the area, The Windsor District coordinated with Landmark to hold a community meeting on Monday, October 30th at the NW Church of Christ Family Life Center. The meeting was well attended. Many great questions were asked, answered and addressed.
