The $13.2million GO Bond Streetscape Revitalization Project for NW 23rd Street from I-44 West to the Bethany limit is in it's final stages of completion. Plans are underway for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the foundation for economic and social transformation. Watch for upcoming details on this momentous event.
The Windsor District area business owners/operators, property owners and all the member neighborhood associations (Skyline, Musgrave-Pennington, Hilldale, Windsor Forest, Windsor Oaks, Meridian Hills Manor, Windsor Hills, Windsor Hills Heights HOA, Windsor Court HOA, and Piccadilly Square Condos) have begun working with the City's Planning Department in a Focus Area Study.
The purpose of this study is to determine what the best new development is for The Windsor District, how we can affect positive change and improvement of poorly utilized or under utilized property, and how to work to attract the types of new businesses, services and amenities that best serve the community that encompasses the district.
